It’s a portray of lovely imagination...

Thank you!
Recently I found out that my name originates from Latin phrase "natale domini". It was quite a surprise for me. Before I was told that it means "natural".

Thank you!
With each reading/viewing this gets sweeter and sweeter!! Happy Name Day!!!
Pat
Thank you for your kind words!
so nice of you Natalia...in fact so "natural" of you...
Shyamalee
Thank you!
oh, this is lovely!
happy belated name day, natalia!

Thank you! Do you celebrate Name Days?
well, it is a catholic tradition, too, and widely celebrated in slovenia, but i don't consider myself a catholic (haven't even been baptised), so in my family we have never celebrated name day.
Polona
I've asked because none of the graduate students I study with celebrate their's. My grandma (and her word was the LAW in the family:)insisted that I was baptised though it was not very safe to do it in Russia in the seventies. I am the only child. In my family it was less a religious celebration and more just another reason to get me spoiled:)Love this holiday because it reminds me of my grandma and her tender care.
i like this, but wonder if it would work better with an 'a' before apple?

Thank you for the comment! I am not a native speaker. I know that in haiku it is permittered to omitt articles. Since this particular apple was rolling quickly I looked for brevity of expression. But I might be wrong. I would really appreciate if you share your thoughts with me.
